The recruitment of Class of 2028 standout Brady Pettigrew continues to gain momentum.

Since the NCAA contact period officially opened for rising sophomores in the 2028 class, Pettigrew has quickly become one of the most heavily pursued young guards in the country. The Bolingbrook (IL) product has recently added offers from Florida State, Dayton, Villanova, Ohio State, and Auburn, further strengthening an already impressive list that includes several high-major programs from across the nation.

What makes Pettigrew such an intriguing prospect is his versatility. Auburn has become another notable addition to Pettigrew's growing offer sheet. Bruce Pearl and the Tigers have consistently recruited athletic, competitive guards who can thrive in an up-tempo system, making Auburn a program worth monitoring as the process unfolds.

Meanwhile, Dayton's offer demonstrates the broad appeal of Pettigrew's game. While many power-conference schools have entered the picture, strong developmental programs such as Dayton are also making early pushes to establish relationships.
